Urban Bling is a subsidiary of 247 Bargains Pty Ltd T/A Urban Bling is completely Australian owned and operated and is not associated with other company/companies in any shape or form operating under similar names.
The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘247 Bargains Pty Ltd’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘Urban Bling’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, or, the ‘Website’). These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and to Urban Bling as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business. Both parties accept these Terms and Conditions unreservedly.

To protect your privacy & security Urban Bling does not have access to your full credit card number when your payment is processed by Paypal through our website. We reserve the right to request validation of the purchaser, the method of payment used, the delivery address and any other aspect of the order before shipment to the purchaser.
All orders are subject to availability of stock. We reserve the right to cancel any order and will promptly refund any money paid using the original payment method.
These general Terms and Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our general Terms and Conditions of Sale. Urban Bling takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images online but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.
Urban Bling always strive for complete accuracy when both describing and visually representing the products we sell. We engage professional photographers in studio conditions in order to give our customers the best representation of a products colour, size and quality. However, the way you perceive colour and other attributes on our Website depends on the resolution and quality of your computers monitor, and as such, slight differences may occur.
The prices indicated at Urban Bling are in Australian Dollars and include all relevant Australian taxes but do not include delivery. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment, but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
All stock remains the property of Urban Bling Pty Ltd until full payment has been received. Any items that are missing from the shipment, broken, or defective must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
Returns shall not be accepted without the prior consent of Urban Bling Pty Ltd. A return authorisation number is required to obtain a credit or replacement.

Delivery:

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase or earlier.

Delivery can take upto 10 business days to Metro areas and upto 20 business days to remote/regional areas. However, our efforts will be to delivery your order asap through the use of fastest courier service. We reserve the right to use any courier company to deliver your order.

Returns:

All returns are to be made as per the return policy outlined on our website.

Promotions:

From time to time we may release and send to you by email Urban Bling promotional vouchers that may be used as payment for products online at www.urbanbling.com.au. Urban Bling promotional vouchers are valid for the specified period stated on them, can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with other Urban Bling promotional vouchers.
If you place an order for a product less than the value of the Urban Bling promotional voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.
In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with redemption of that promotional voucher on www.urbanbling.com.au, we are entitled to close your Account and/or require a different means of payment. We assume no liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of Urban Bling promotional vouchers.
An email containing the appropriate code will be sent to the email address you entered when signing up. Please read the email before placing your order. Enter the code at check out and the payment value will be discounted by the appropriate amount.
The offer is only valid for full priced merchandise. Offer can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Urban Bling. All existing vouchers will be honoured until the expiry date.
